How Do I Describe the BareSpot Ureabor Herbicide?

Barespot Ureabor Herbicide
Picture of the BareSpot Ureabor Herbicide

BareSpot Ureabor, a non-selective residual herbicide, is easy to use and eliminates even the most stubborn annual and perennial grasses and weeds in a single application.

The pelleted product is to be used with caution as it will eliminate all vegetation in its immediate vicinity for a period of up to a year.

BareSpot Ureabor contains three active ingredients: sodium metaborate (49.0%), sodium chlorate (30.0%), and bromacil (1.5%).

Sodium metaborate is a long-term residual herbicide that controls vegetation. It does this by reducing the effectiveness of microorganisms in the turf, and thus stopping them from breaking down BareSpot Ureabor.

Sodium chlorate burns the vegetation quickly until its stems and leaves curl. BareSpot Ureabor’s third active ingredient, bromacil, allows it to easily break down into the soil and effectively control deep-rooted annual and perennial grasses and weeds.

After being absorbed by the roots of the plant, it works to destroy the root system and foliage of weeds. The residual barrier in the soil will continue to be active and control weeds that are germinating.

BareSpot ureabor is an excellent herbicide for areas with long growing seasons and soils rich in organic matter.
