  1. Flex 1010 is a concentrate. So, you’ll need to be mixed with water before application. We recommend you mix and apply this product and a handheld pump sprayer.
  2. For most applications, depending on the pest you’re treating, the labeled mix rate is between 4 teaspoons and 6.4 fluid ounces of products per one gallon of water to treat 1,000 square feet.
  3. Once your solution is mixed, you can broadcast this product over lawns.
  4. Spray ornamental shrubs and foliage
  5. Apply it to outdoor surfaces like walls or door frames.
  6. To treat indoor cracks and crevices, spray the edges of carpeting. You can lightly apply it to mattresses and bed frames to treat bed bugs.
  7. In all applications allow the product to dry completely before allowing any people or pets around treated areas.
