How To Use Agrisel Diquat Herbicide?

  • Do Your Calculations:

Multiply the length by the width to find the total area to be treated (length x width = square footage). You will need to measure the length and width of the pond or other water bodies.

Then multiply the two numbers together. Use 0.75 oz Agrisel Diquat Herbicide in 1-gallon water for backpack or pump sprayer applications.

Use 2 quarts of Agrisel Diquat Herbicide and a nonionic surfactant in 100 gallons of water for aquatic spot treatments with a skid-mounted sprayer.

Use 1 gallon of Agrisel Diquat Herbicide per surface acre, at a depth of 4 feet. For specific rates and areas, refer to the label.

  • Follow The Agrisel Diquat Herbicide Label Instruction:

Add 1/3 to 1/4 water to the spray tank of a backpack or pump sprayer, and then the correct amount of Agrisel Diquat herbicide.

Mix Agrisel Diquat Herbicide with an approved surfactant, such as Alligare90 at 0.33 oz. Per finished gallon. Mix well the remaining water in the sprayer.

  • Apply:

Apply the Agrisel Diquat Herbicide using a fan spray setting. Spray the area until it is completely soaked, but do not spray so much that the runoff occurs.

If you are treating mats or densely packed weeds, additional applications may be required. Reapplications are required within two weeks of the first application.
