Suspend Polyzone | How To Use

The suspend polyzone is one of the best pest control insecticides as it has long management effects, and if used as stated in the polyzone suspend label will help eliminate some notable target pests.

How Do I Describe the Suspend Polyzone?

Suspend Polyzone
The Suspend Polyzone

This insecticide contains the same active chemicals as the company’s widely used Suspend SC formulation, but it builds on it by adding a polymer infusion that provides proven residual control for up to 90 days when used outside.

Your treatment will continue to manage the pests it was designed to target for up to ninety days if it is applied outside thanks to a controlled release formulation that is resistant to erosion.

How Do I Apply the Suspend Polyzone Insecticide?

  • Do Your Calculations:

Calculating the total square footage of the area that needs to be treated is the first step in determining how much Suspend Polyzone you will require.

In order to accomplish this, you will need to take measurements of the treatment area and multiply their lengths by their widths (length times width equals square footage).

To treat an area of 1,000 square feet with this insecticide the recommended dilution rate is 0.01 percent (0.25 fluid ounces), 0.03 percent (0.75 fluid ounces), or 0.06 percent (1.50 fluid ounces) per gallon of water.

When treating serious infestations, a higher rate should be used. For instance, if you want to use the 0.06 percent rate and have measured 2,500 square feet of area, you will need to mix 3.75 fluid ounces of Suspend Polyzone with 2.5 gallons of water. This will give you the appropriate amount of solution.

After adding water to the spray container to the extent that about half of its capacity is occupied, add the correct quantity of this insecticide depending on the dimensions of the container and your calculations.

After giving your container a good shake, open it once more and pour in enough water to fill it up to the appropriate level. Make sure the container is completely sealed, and then give it a final shake to distribute the contents evenly.

  • Apply the Mixture:

This insecticide outside on all door and window frames and utility entry points (cables, pipes, wires) is an effective perimeter barrier for general pest control.

You should spray a strip of soil 6 to 10 feet in diameter adjacent to your structure, as well as 2 to 3 feet high up the foundation.
