How To Use Triad Select Herbicide?

  • Do Your Calculations:

To calculate the total square footage of the area to be treated, measure the length and width and multiply them.

  • Apply 1.1 to 1.5 fl. oz. of Triad Select Herbicide per gallon of water per 1,000 sq. for general lawn and ornamental treatments.
  • Apply 4 pints of Triad Select Herbicide per 220 gallons of water per acre for treating land; a maximum of 10 pints of this product may be used annually.
  • Follow The Triad Select Herbicide Mixing Instructions:

  • Use 1.1 oz. of Triad Herbicide for every gallon of water and every 1,000 square feet on general turf and decorative applications.
  • Apply 3 pints of product for every 5 gallons of water per acre when applying turf and ornamentals.
  • Apply 1.5 oz. of Triad Herbicide per gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. of general turf and ornamental applications.
  • Apply 4 pints of product for every 220 gallons of water per acre when applying turf and ornamentals.

When using a backpack or pump sprayer, fill the spray tank halfway with water, add the proper amount of Triad Select Herbicide, and then fill the rest of the way with water.

  • Apply:

Set your spray nozzle to a low flow spray setting, then evenly spray the spray mixture over the desired areas until they are well moistened but not to the verge of runoff.
