Picture of the Dismiss South Herbicide

Dismiss South Herbicide is a post-emergent broadleaf herbicide that is designed to kill warm-season Southern grasses.

This herbicide has a similar formula to Dismiss Herbicide, but it delivers better results against purple nutsedge.

Dismiss South Herbicide does not just attack weeds at the surface; it also penetrates into the soil and destroys sedge tubers. This reduces the likelihood of future weed infestations, and the need to reapply.

This herbicide comes in a 4 lb. flowable form. The active ingredient is 4 lbs. per gallon. Dismiss South Herbicide works by absorbing both the roots and shoots of weeds.

The activation of This herbicide is dependent on soil moisture. The amount of soil water required to activate the herbicide following application is dependent on soil moisture content, soil texture and organic matter.
